I have decided that my new "habit in training" is going to be getting up at a set time every single day (including the weekend!) and taking a therapeutic walk for about an hour. I am not going to start off with it being about losing weight. I need a time where I can get out of my own head and clarify. I don't seem to have the ability to do that while home because too many things are going on in my life. So maybe the pavement will be my salvation.
As for things going on....
I have a meeting tomorrow morning to discuss my future options. I am excited. So prayers and crossed fingers that I get the news I need to hear.
There is a tropical depression about to rain on my parade for the next few days. So it will trap me in the house long enough to get some more boxes and clothes packed. I need to get this place ready to travel.
